Occasionally, light switches may provide temperature readings that differ from those on a room thermometer. This article outlines the correct procedure for calibrating them.
Initially choose the specific light switch you want to adjust the temperature for.
Access Information Page:
Look for the information icon (represented by an “i” inside a circle).
Tap on this icon to access the information page for the selected light switch.
Temperature Adjustment:
Within the information page, locate the option labelled “Temperature adjustment.”
Adjust the temperature reading by up to +/- 5°C as needed.
Reference Secondary Device:
To ensure accurate calibration, use a secondary temperature monitoring device as a reference point. Place this secondary device in a suitable area within the same room or zone where the light switch is installed. Keep it away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. Allow the secondary device to stand undisturbed for about a minute before taking a temperature reading.
Caution:
Avoid holding the secondary device during this process, as your body heat could affect its reading. By following these steps, you can calibrate your Wondrwall light switch accurately.
