The Wondrwall light switch replaces a standard light switch. Please read the following key points before installing the Wondrwall light switch.
- Each device can support up to three lighting circuits. Unused outputs/touch sensors are repurposed during the system commissioning process.
- Two-way lighting is configured during the system commissioning process.
- The light switch fits into a standard electrical backbox. Ensure that the fitted backbox is deep enough to contain the rear of the switch and all wiring (35mm)
WARNING: Ensure you have isolated the power supply before installing the device.
Installation
- Remove the cover to the Wondrwall light switch by unclipping it using the recesses at either side of the device.
- Connect the power feed in/out cables to the L and N inputs on the back of the device. The connection screws are located above the cable entry points.
- Connect the live and neutral lighting cables to light switch outputs using the wiring diagram above. Assigning a separate output for extractor fans is advised.
- Fix the light switch base to the wall and replace the cover. Keep the cover in a safe place if not reattaching it after the device is fixed to the wall.
Wiring Diagrams
Please Note: The numbering of the outputs is not in the order of usage. It’s recommended to use the outside outputs (L2/N2, L3/N3) before utilising the middle (L1/N1).
Two-way/Intermediate Lighting
Wondrwall light switches can accommodate two-way, three-way, and four-way lighting circuits via Wi-Fi. These settings are configured within the Wondrwall app during the commissioning process.
The key wiring requirement is that each light switch must receive a power feed, as illustrated below.
