Setting Up a Passcode and Biometrics
To enhance the security of your Wondrwall In-Home Display and protect your personal information, it’s essential to set up a passcode and biometric authentication. Follow these steps to ensure your device remains secure:
1. Passcode Setup:
- Navigate to the device’s Settings menu. You can usually access this by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the gear-shaped icon, or by finding the “Settings” app in your apps drawer.
- Scroll down and look for the “Security” or “Biometrics and Security” section.
- Select “Screen Lock” or a similar option. You may be prompted to enter your current passcode or PIN if you’ve already set one up.
- Choose “PIN” or “Password” and follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure numeric PIN or alphanumeric password. Make sure it’s something only you would know and is not easily guessable.
2. Biometric Authentication (Face Recognition):
- In the same “Security” or “Biometrics and Security” section, you should see an option for “Face Recognition.” Select this option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register your biometric data. The device will ask you to position your face within the designated area.
- After successful registration, enable the biometric authentication method by toggling the switch next to it.
3. Testing and Confirmation:
- Once you’ve set up your passcode and biometrics, it’s a good practice to test them to ensure they work correctly. Lock your device, then use your PIN, fingerprint, or face to unlock it.
- Make sure you remember your PIN or password in case you need it for backup access.
- Setting up a passcode and biometrics adds an extra layer of security to your Wondrwall In-Home Display, ensuring that only authorised users can access its features and personal data.
Please remember to keep your passcode and biometric data confidential to maintain the security of your device.
Waking the Screen
To wake the screen on your Wondrwall In-Home Display sleep mode, simply double tap on the display. The screen should illuminate, displaying the home screen or lock screen.
Disabling Adaptive Brightness
While your tablet is mounted, the light sensor typically cannot be utilised for the adaptive lighting feature.

Disabling Adaptive Brightness (Alternative Method)
To disable adaptive brightness, you can also follow these steps:
