A short guide on how to changing the Saving Preset for a heating device in the Wondrwall app.
Wondrwall heating devices utilise two temperature presets for the heating controls: the Comfort Preset, which is the desired occupied room temperature, and the Saving Preset, which is the minimum temperature the system will let the home drop to.
The Wondrwall system defaults the Saving Preset to 2 degrees lower (-2) than the Comfort Preset. However, you may want to alter this value.
When the home is in Away mode, heating devices will only observe the Saving Preset.
Changing the Saving Preset
Here’s how you can change the Saving Preset for your heating device:

Navigate to the Heating Section: Open the Wondrwall app and navigate to the Heating section. Select the heating device for which you would like to alter the Saving Preset.

Open the Device Information Page: Once you’ve opened the device page, select the information icon located in the top right corner of the page. This will open the device information page.

Adjust the Saving Preset Offset: The information page will include an option to adjust the offset for the Saving Preset. Make the desired change to the temperature value.

Save Changes: Once you have made the necessary adjustments, click on the Save button in the top right corner to finalise and confirm the changes.
The Saving Preset is now updated.
