In 2020, we launched our fully-integrated Home Energy Management System (HEMS); a unique combination of technology for the home and a software solution which enables the house to control heating, cooling, lighting, and security functions to achieve carbon net zero while reducing energy bills for the homeowner.

Made up with 3 integrated hardware modules - Home Automation, Gas-Free Heating, Solar PV/Battery and Wondrwall’s cloud-based, AI machine learning platform; the system was designed to save money, time and the environment.

Now in 2024, Wondrwall are excited to announce Energy Service Contracts (ESC). A funded solution to unlock the UK new build sectors ability to deliver net zero energy homes at scale. In a true UK first, in-roof mounted solar PV, inverter, battery storage and EV charger technology can be supplied, maintained and optimised without any upfront cost to the housebuilder. The upfront cost of the Wondrwall technology supplied and the energy management services provided is recovered directly from the home owner via an annual service charge (billed monthly) that will not exceed the annual energy savings generated by the Wondrwall system.
